The Children of Jhamtse Gatsal produced two videos to help the local Monpa tribe understand COVID-19. The third video was in support of International Nurse’s Day as a way to say “thank you” to those on the front line of the COVID-19 response.

The children of Jhamtse Gatsal have initiated a project to spread awareness of the COVID-19 pandemic among the local community of the Monpa tribe. They feel that since the villagers in this region do not understand Hindi or English, it would be helpful to share information regarding COVID-19 in their local language - Monpa.
