An Introduction to Lobsang Phuntsok
We are grateful to our friends at ServiceSpace for enabling us to share videos from their Laddership program. ServiceSpace is an organization run entirely by volunteers. They leverage technology to encourage everyday people around the world to do small acts of service. Their aim is to ignite the fundamental generosity in ourselves and others, creating both inner and outer transformation.
Laddership Pods are a program of ServiceSpace. Pods are a space for project initiators to dive into the nuances of leading with inner transformation, learn about gift ecology, design thinking, and cultivate new patterns of positive deviance that may emerge through the process.
The first video is an introduction to Jhamtse Gatsal Founder, Lobsang Phuntsok. ServiceSpace says: “From the high-altitude air of the remote Himalayas, hearty laughter and rich stories radiated through airwaves, echoing across continents for our time together. In our virtual version of a 'fireside chat', over sixty of us collectively held space as Lobsang graciously steered us, with raw humanity and tender humor, through the terrain of his unlikely path in service.” Enjoy.
